Beauty products very rarely go on sale and usually, when they do you have to buy them from the brand directly, pay shipping fees, and wait ten years for your order to arrive. Thankfully we can avoid all of that during the Sephora Sale.
How The Sephora Sale Works
The sale is open to all Beauty Insider members. You do need to sign up to shop the sale, but it is a great way to earn rewards and take advantage of the few sales they have each year.
There are three different tiers to the Beauty Insider program. Higher tiers save more and have more days to shop.

Tips For Shopping
Obviously, this isn’t a must-shop sale. But if you need to restock on your essentials, have gift cards, or can afford to splurge, it makes sense to shop during the sale. For those of you who love beauty products, make sure to have a plan in place because things can get out of hand quickly.
- STICK TO YOUR BUDGET: This is the most important thing to remember during any sale. Make a budget of what you can realistically spend and stick to it. There will always be another sale, so make sure not to spend more than you can afford.
- MAKE A LIST: Since I write about beauty, I could literally buy the entire store. But that just isn’t possible, so I try to be as strategic as I can be with my purchases. First, I make a list of things I would like to repurchase. Then I go through and add new products I want to try. I would suggest you do the same.
- DO SOME RESEARCH: Before you buy, I suggest doing some research so you can find the best products for your needs. I have tons of product and brand reviews to help you out. Just scroll to the bottom of this post or use the search bar.

Tatcha The Camellia Cleansing Oil
When anyone asks for a cleansing oil recommendation, I always suggest this Tatcha Cleansing Oil.
This oil will remove your makeup and it won’t hurt your eyes or leave a greasy residue.
ISDIN Eryfotona Ageless Ultralight Tinted Mineral Sunscreen
If you are looking for a lightweight mineral sunscreen that works well under makeup, you need to try this sunscreen from ISDIN.
Less silicone-y than the Unseen, this will be your new everyday sunscreen.
Tatcha Indigo Overnight Repair Serum in Cream
If you have sensitive or easily irritated skin, you are going to love this cream from Tatcha. It soothes the skin while hydrating and protecting the skin’s barrier.
The Indigo Overnight Repair Serum is expensive, so I always recommend picking it up when it is on sale.
Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Cream
After starting retinol, my skin started to look dehydrated and flakey. This moisturizer from Kiehl’s was a lifesaver. It hydrates the skin without clogging pores.
If you are looking for a moisturizer, you really can’t go wrong with this one.

Tower 28 SunnyDays SPF 30 Tinted Sunscreen Foundation
If you are like me and don’t want to wear a high coverage foundation, this one is for you.
This tinted sunscreen will even out your complexion without feeling heavy, plus it has SPF.
Merit Flush Balm Cream Blush
I have been a fan of the Merit Flush Balm Blush since it was released. The easy to apply formula and the beautiful shade selection, make this blush a must buy.
Pro Tip: I highly recommend picking up the trio of minis if it is available.

This mascara has holy-grail status around here. It lengthens the lashes while also lifting them. Plus the good-for-you formula will help strengthen your natural lashes.

In case my love for Merit wasn’t obvious, I have to recommend the Signature Lip to anyone looking to pick up a new lipstick.
