Tatcha Camellia Cleansing Oil

The Camellia Oil 2-in-1 Makeup Remover & Cleanser

This luxurious cleansing oil is expertly formulated to leave your skin feeling perfectly balanced and nourished. Free from mineral oil, it effortlessly emulsifies upon contact with water, ensuring a residue-free finish. Infused with a hydrating blend, it effortlessly draws out impurities, removes stubborn sunscreen, and even removes waterproof makeup, including mascara.

The Camellia Oil Makeup Remover & Cleanser single-handedly changed my mind about using oil-based cleansers on my combination skin. It leaves the skin feeling clean, but not greasy. Also, a little goes a long way so don’t let the price scare you. Still not sure you want to invest? Get the mini bottle from Sephora.

The Rice Wash Soft Cream Cleanser

The Rice Wash Soft Cream Cleanser

This daily essential effectively removes impurities, leaving your skin feeling hydrated, soft, and clean. With its gentle yet effective formula, this cream cleanser effortlessly washes away daily buildup.

If you’ve heard that you shouldn’t use scrubs but you still want to exfoliate, this is a must-try cleanser. The rice particles are so small you don’t need to worry about damaging your skin. It also has conditioning ingredients that leave the skin feeling soft and hydrated.

Because it is so gentle, you can use this every day. However, if you are looking for a scrub that will deeply exfoliate and slough off dry flakey skin, you will want to look elsewhere.

The Silk Serum

The Silk Serum

Tatcha’s Silk Serum, a retinol alternative that effectively smooths the appearance of wrinkles, visibly firms the skin, and calms redness, leaving your complexion looking as smooth as silk. This innovative serum offers visible wrinkle-smoothing benefits and skin-soothing properties, providing retinol-like results without the associated irritation.

As someone who’s been using retinol for a long time, I know how it can leave your skin feeling dry and irritated. That’s why I was really excited to try out Tatcha’s Silk Serum. It’s not a retinol, but it’s made with alternative ingredients that aim to give you the same benefits. It goes on so smoothly, feels amazing on the skin, and best of all, it doesn’t irritate my skin at all.

If you cannot use retinol or don’t want to use it, this serum will help with turnover while keeping the skin hydrated. However, it will take more time to achieve the same results you would get with a traditional retinol product.

The Dewy Serum Resurfacing and Plumping Treatment

The Dewy Serum Resurfacing and Plumping Treatment

This serum gently smooths your skin using lactic acid from Hadasei-3™, while hyaluronic acid adds a plumping effect. Plus, it locks in moisture with squalane, giving you a more hydrated and radiant complexion.

Tatcha’s Dewy Serum is simply delightful. What I love about it is that it combines the benefits of two separate products into one. It acts as a gentle chemical exfoliant while also providing a plumping effect for the skin. If you find that the Sunday Riley Good Genes is too much for your sensitive skin, then you will absolutely love this serum.

Tatcha Dewy Skin

The Dewy Skin Cream

The Tatcha Dewy Skin Cream is a nourishing moisturizer that deeply hydrates and locks in moisture, restoring your skin’s natural ceramide levels for a luminous complexion. Enriched with a potent blend of Japanese anti-aging superfoods, including green tea, rice, and algae, this cream supports your skin’s vitality.

Tatcha’s Dewy Skin Cream was an instant hit when it was released. This cream is rich so it is best suited for normal and dry skin types. If you are on the combination side, like me, you may want to wait until winter to try it. I loved how it made my winter skin look radiant instead of dry and dull.

Indigo Overnight Repair Serum in Cream Treatment

Indigo Overnight Repair Serum in Cream Treatment

Tatcha’s Indigo Overnight Repair is a unique serum-in-moisturizer treatment that is specially formulated to calm irritation, fortify the skin’s barrier, and restore balance to the microbiome, resulting in a healthy and hydrated glow. This hybrid treatment combines the power of a serum and moisturizer to optimize the nightly renewal process, allowing you to wake up to rejuvenated and radiant skin.

If you can only buy one thing from Tatcha, this is the product to buy. This night cream is the perfect balance of hydrating and soothing, without being heavy or greasy. Because it is a cream and serum in one, you don’t need to use any other skincare when you use this. That makes the Indigo Overnight Treatment a time and money saver.

Tatcha Radiance Mask

Violet-C Radiance Mask

Violet-C Radiance Mask. This creamy anti-aging mask is enriched with Japanese beautyberry, two types of vitamin C, and a blend of AHAs from seven fruits, revealing softer and radiant skin. The mask’s water-soluble vitamin C gives an immediate glow, while the oil-soluble vitamin C provides long-lasting antioxidant protection.

Vitamin C and AHAs work together in this mask to brighten the complexion and erase fine lines. I love that the mask doesn’t dry down so it isn’t impossible to remove. It is gentle enough that you can use it if you have sensitive skin but effective enough that one jar will make a visible difference in your skin.

The Rice Polish Foaming Enzyme Powder

The Rice Polish Foaming Enzyme Powder

The Rice Polish is a water-activated exfoliant enriched with nourishing Japanese rice bran and silk protein. This gentle yet effective formula effortlessly transforms into a creamy foam, providing a smooth polish and imparting a healthy, radiant glow to your skin.

My biggest gripe with this product is that it is a hassle to use. You wet your face, wet your hands, pour some of the powder into your hands, then you rub your hands together to create a gentle foam. While that sounds easy, most of the time it resulted in a mess of wasted product. Instead of purchasing the enzyme powder, just purchase The Rice Wash.

Luminous Dewy Skin Mist

Luminous Dewy Skin Mist

This mist provides a gentle and natural-looking dewy finish for your skin. With the inclusion of Okinawa red algae and hyaluronic acid, it offers effective and long-lasting hydration, acting as a reliable moisture magnet. The mist is also enriched with the hadasei-3 anti-aging complex, featuring Japanese superfoods like green tea, rice, and algae, known for their nourishing properties.

There are two ways to use this product. You can spray it on the face to refresh and hydrate the skin. You can also use it as a setting spray over makeup. On my combination skin, the dewy skin mist is too heavy and greasy. As a setting spray, this does give a bit of a glow to your makeup look. However, I find it much too expensive to use it as a setting spray. If you are looking for a face mist, I prefer the Caudalie Beauty Elixer. For a luminous setting spray, I love the Anastasia Beverly Hills Dewy Set Setting Spray.

Luminous Deep Hydration Lifting Mask

Luminous Deep Hydration Lifting Mask

Tatcha Luminous Deep Hydration Lifting Mask is a biocellulose treatment mask infused with an anti-aging serum. Distilled from whole coconuts, this ultra-concentrated mask forms an occlusive layer, allowing for 53% more efficient serum penetration than paper masks. The potent blend of Okinawa red algae, natural hyaluronic acid, and Tatcha’s signature Hadasei-3 nourishes the skin, delivering instant hydration.

I absolutely adore masks that leave my skin looking dewy and plump, and the Tatcha Luminous Deep Hydration Lifting Mask is the best one I’ve ever tried. It truly gives my skin a radiant glow, making it look like it’s lit from within. Incorporating this mask into my skincare routine has been a game-changer, but I find it particularly perfect for prepping my skin before a night out or a special event.

The Kissu Lip Mask

The Kissu Lip Mask

Tatcha Kissu Lip Mask is a nourishing jelly treatment enriched with squalane and Japanese peach. This leave-on mask melts into the lips, providing comfort, hydration, and moisture-locking benefits. It plumps and smooths fine lines, while restoring essential moisture for soft, supple lips.

I have been on the hunt for a great lip treatment for a while now. During this search, I have tried a wide variety of treatments. Through this testing, I have found that I don’t like open-top containers. Unfortunately, this one from Tatcha is an open-top. While Tatcha does include a spatula for application, the current packaging does not include a place to store said spatula. So far I have managed to keep track of mine; but if you lose it, you have no choice but to use your fingers for application. That makes the application unsanitary and a bit messy.

As for the formula, it is nice so I will use it up, but I don’t think this is my holy grail lip treatment.
