I have never shied away from spending a lot of money on skincare. I’ve spent hundreds on peels, facials, moisturizers, and serums. Despite my willingness to invest in better skin, I resisted the siren call of SkinCeuticals for years.
Earlier in 2022, I received a few samples of SkinCeuticals products through Dermstore. After having a good experience with the samples and getting a 15% off coupon code, I decided to go all in.
For the next three months, I used SkinCeuticals products for my morning and evening skincare routine.
In this post, I am going to let you know which products I highly recommend. Plus, I am going to share a before and after picture that you won’t want to miss.
My Favorite SkinCeuticals Skincare Products
Hyaluronic Acid Intensifier
H.A. Intensifier is a corrective serum used to amplify the skin’s hyaluronic acid levels. This unique formulation contains a high concentration of pure hyaluronic acid, proxylane™, and botanical extracts of licorice root and purple rice. This serum is formulated to improve the visible appearance of firmness, smoothness, and facial plumpness.
I really didn’t want to like this serum since it is very expensive for hyaluronic acid. However, after one use I could see why this serum is so special. The formula is absolutely beautiful. It applies nicely to the skin and isn’t remotely sticky.
Retexturing Activator
Retexturing Activator is a resurfacing serum that helps reinforce the skin’s barrier. Using patented technology, this serum promotes exfoliation while optimizing the skin’s amino acid supply to reinforce the external barrier.
This serum was a game changer for my dehydrated flakey skin. Urea, which is often found in products for extra dry skin, works as an exfoliant and a moisturizer. This super cool ingredient smoothed my skin without irritating it.
Phyto A+ Brightening Treatment
This oil-free, lightweight moisturizer with 3% azelaic acid, 2% alpha arbutin, and 5.75% phyto botanical blend targets surface imperfections and dullness. This daily corrective treatment is formulated to reduce excess oil and redness while smoothing skin and minimizing the appearance of pores.
I was very skeptical of this moisturizer when I first tried it. Initially, I was nervous that the active-packed moisturizer was going to anger my skin. I almost decided to order a different moisturizer to try, but I am so glad I stuck with this treatment for the duration of my experiment. The change in my redness speaks volumes about how well this works.
Resveratrol B E
Resveratrol B E is a night treatment that combines 1% resveratrol, with 0.5% baicalin and 1% vitamin E (alpha tocopherol). This patented antioxidant neutralizes free radicals, supports the skin’s natural antioxidant defenses, and reveals visible radiance and firmness.
It’s no secret that I don’t love Vitamin C serums because they tend to irritate my skin. However, antioxidants are a very important part of a skincare routine. So when I found out resveratrol was an antioxidant, I just had to incorporate it into my routine. I love that I found an antioxidant that doesn’t irritate my skin.
Triple Lipid Restore 2:4:2
Triple Lipid Restore 2:4:2 is an anti-aging cream that contains 2% pure ceramides 1 and 3, 4% natural cholesterol, and 2% fatty acids. This lipid correction cream helps restore the skin’s external barrier and supports natural self-repair while improving skin smoothness and overall radiance.
Every beauty influencer I know loves this moisturizer. After trying it, I totally understand why it is so popular. It is perfectly hydrating without being heavy or feeling greasy. That being said, this moisturizer does have an essential oil blend in it. I had no issues but if you are sensitive to fragrance, you might want to skip this one.
My Before and After
I think the before and after pictures speak for themselves. In just three months, my skin was transformed. My redness was greatly reduced, my acne marks faded, and my skin texture is smoother.

Overall Thoughts On My SkinCeuticals Experience
I am very impressed with the results I had after three months. I can’t believe how different my skin looks. To me, it was well worth the price tag to get the results I did.
Will I continue to use SkinCeuticals? Absolutely.
Important Things To Note
I understand that SkinCeuticals is expensive and not everyone can afford these products. I do not want you to think you have to spend this much money on skincare. However, if you have the budget and the desire to try SkinCeuticals, I highly recommend trying them.
