If you follow me on Instagram, you know that I mentioned I don’t have a lot of time to cook dinner. Getting a healthy and delicious meal cooked with two toddlers at home feels almost impossible. You might not have toddlers, but I know you have days when you are short on time. That’s where sheet pan recipes come in.
Sheet pan recipes are just great: minimal cleaning, quick prep, and short cook time. They’re perfect for those busy weeknights and can be whipped up in a hurry. You can even prepare it the night before so it’s ready to bake as soon as you get home. Plus having it done the night before gives it time to marinate. Making the recipe extra yummy.
