November in the PNW brings the start of the rainy season. Days on end of rain and clouds. Instead of letting the dreary weather ruin the month, it is time to seek all things comfy and cozy. Get out the sweaters, makes sure you have socks for your boots and round up all of your scarves.

This month’s editorial theme is comfy-cozy. For the entire month of November, we will be filling our days with things that not only keep us warm but also warm the heart.
Don’t think I’ve forgotten the holidays that are coming. Normally the frenzy of planning menus, cooking for the masses and buying gifts for our loved ones, is anything but comfy and cozy. But this year we are going to do things differently, no more holiday madness or stress. Just put on your yoga pants, cook food that comforts, and give gifts from the heart.
If a comfortable holiday season sounds too good to be true, don’t worry. We will help you along the way. This month you can expect to learn all about the hygge life, find yummy (but easy) recipes, and gift guides for everyone on your list.
If you are ready for a comfy-cozy month, like we are, make sure to follow along on social. We can be found on Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, and Facebook.

I am with you on slowing down and not getting caught up in the holiday hustle. A cozy November and December is just what I want and need!
I love cozy! Are you familiar with the Scandinavian custom of hygge? It promotes living a cozy lifestyle. I embrace that completely!
