New Year, New Makeup

When the new year started, I had planned on doing a makeup detox. The winter was  already really wrecking my skin. The wind and cold temperatures had already left my skin dry and flakey. Yuck! Of course,  I didn’t want to completely give up all makeup. I still wanted to look a bit pulled together when I left the house. With that in mind, I set out to find some new makeup that would bring some warmth and color to my face without being too heavy.

Makeup That Improves Your Skin

I was pretty intrigued when I heard about the new Neutrogena® Hydro Boost Cosmetics line.  The line has everything you need: a hydrating tint foundation, concealer, and lip shine. All of the products contain the super hydrating hyaluronic acid. That means wearing the Neutrogena® Hydro Boost Cosmetics is actually good for your skin. Say what? I can get on board with that!

Favorite Neutrogena® Hydro Boost Cosmetics Product

All of the products I have tried from this line are great, but there is one item that really stands out.  The Neutrogena ® Hydro Boost Hydrating Tint, performs really well. I love that it is super easy to apply, makes my skin look fresh, and it hydrates without feeling heavy. Thats a win, win, win for me.

Overall First Impressions

After using the products from this line, I would totally recommend them. While the product does contain hyaluronic acid, people with normal and combination skin can use this line. It isn’t just for people with dry skin. If you have trouble with acne, I’d suggest you look at their Neutrogena® SkinClearing Cosmetics line. If you are looking to try either lines, they are both available at Walmart.
