As we transition into spring and summer, it’s time to start thinking about how we can add some extra pizzazz to our outfits. And what better way to do so than with hair accessories?

Not only are they a practical way to keep your hair out of your face, but they can also be a key element in tying an outfit together.

Headbands are a timeless hair accessory that everyone should have at least one of. It really doesn’t get any simpler than throwing on a headband. From simple and minimalist headbands to ones with ornate details, there are truly endless options available.

Hair Clips

Hair clips come in all shapes and sizes. When used practically, hair clips are great at holding your hair back, especially bangs. But to be honest, I use a hair clip more for how it looks than how it functions.

As someone with thin, fine hair, I don’t get to use barrettes often. But for those of you with thicker hair, I highly recommend having one or two on hand. They are especially great for a half-up hairstyle or for adding to a ponytail.
