Last month, we set a goal to be less negative. We learned how to handle negative self talk and we looked for positive inspiration in quotes and books. Now that we got rid of all the bad vibes, this month we are focusing on living that happy life!
This entire year, we have been working toward living a life we love by becoming the best version of ourselves through the A Better You series. This month we are stepping things up. We aren’t just going to make a goal to be happier, we are going to do a guided challenge!
What Is The Challenge?
The 31 Days To A Happier You challenge is all about doing small things, everyday, for 31 days that will make you happier. That’s it! Who doesn’t have time for a bit of happiness in their day?
So I would like to invite you to join me in a small declaration: that starting today you will do one small thing everyday that makes you happy.
After today, each day there will be a different prompt to do something that will bring some happiness to you. Do your best to do as many of them as possible.
A Happier You Day 1
Today, for day 1, we are going to keep things pretty simple. The only thing you need to do is commit to working through the challenge. If you can’t commit to working through the challenge with me in real-time, that’s okay. Either way, I’ll be adding a link to each prompt to the end of this post. You can come back whenever you need.
